The process I went through to become an Account Operations Lead was a promotion from a Specialist role. Throughout the period leading up to the promotion, I was tasked with showcasing skills relevant to the role on multiple projects. These included critical thinking related to data, collaboration with other teams internally and cross-functionally, prioritization of multiple deliverables, delegation, and effective communication, amongst others. A thorough understanding relationships of Logistics, Transportation, and our technology was necessary.
