I did Skype interview after getting email from HR. I did site visit in a month after the skype call. I gave a talk to the entire institute. I met with a lot people, postdocs, faculty, staff. It was overall positive experience. People were welcoming.

First interview by telephone and second interview at the headquarters. It was an exhaustive day beginning at 8am and finishing at 5 pm. The schedule was constantly changed and interviews we're about 30 minutes each, one after the other without rest. Gave a seminar presentation with many bright questions performed by PIs.
