Company came to college campus for recruitment. It starts with the company pre-placement talk, after that online test was conducted. this online test was to test for basic concepts in accounting, financial management and economics. this was the first shortlisting. then after that they conduct excel based test, where company financials (on excel) were given with various ledger entries and accounting adjustment, where in basic knowledge of accountancy and excel was tested. then after clearing this test, there was one-on-one interview with managers were conducted. where in they grill for full accounting concepts and financial concepts, which took 45-60 minutes on average.
