Interview
Written Assessment, role play with actors , interview face to face with management and hr personnel. Difficult but all materials given for interview. Role play is where most fail. Think of customer service vs safety
Very tedious but easy if you have decent problem solving skills and if English is your first language. If nit you may struggle. There are many different stages before you get to the interview as well.

Interview
This test consists of simple math and literacy questions. At the end, there is an additional test to determine if you can interpret ticket and zone data accurately to assist customers effectively.
