Lengthy waiting time. First stage online application followed by online situational judgement test. Wait for a bit if pass then another waiting game to book competency based interview. On the day you will do basic timed English and Numeracy test. If pass then you have to schedule another competency/ situational/scenario based interview in which you have to pass then finally you'll have 1 -1 interview which basically like interrogation questions.
