Very well structured. Take-home assessment, multiple interview rounds, mostly focused on team fit. 3rd party psychological assessment. You get to meet your team lead, leads of the different relevant teams, as well as the head of research. Very open and bidirectional.

Het proces bestaat uit 2 gesprekken. De eerste is een meer persoonlijk gesprek om te kijken of je goed past. De tweede is een meer technische waarin je enkele vragen zult ontvangen over je kennis.
Interview to complete an internship in the context of my master's thesis. I went to their office. The people, HR and the researcher who interviewed me, were very nice. Overall the experience was great and the internship itself was also very interesting.
