Applied via an online portal and luckily got an interview call as well. First interview was a short interview over phone only, and then a time and place was decided to meet. Had the meeting and a detailed interview took place, after the formal interview had a brief informal time as well which showed up good hopes, so i decided to take the job and gave positive answer. Then we had the salary negotiation phase which was also short based on some future promises and all that.
