Interview
I applied trough the company website and they got back me to me in less than a week. We scheduled a Skype interview, and after that I got assigned to do three writing prompts. After I submitted my writing prompts we then scheduled a meeting in person and got an I got an offer a couple of days later.

It was mostly a background and experience conversation, nothing too formal. We went over my writing prompts and my college education.
