Interview
First there was an online test with some small, rather easy problems to solve, 30 minutes for each to complete. Then, after few days, there was a Skype interview thoroughly verifying Java related skills.

Interview
The whole process consisted of two online tests and two interviews where my level of knowledge was assessed.
About four weeks in total during which the interviewers and the recruitment department were more than willing to assist in any way they could. I was very satisfied with the experience.
