Amazing interview process. The CEO developed a complete interview process where candidates are funneled through the team to not only determine the person’s skill level but how they each fit within the team with an in-field step. It was pretty amazing.

Question 1
The first questions are scenario based questions. Then there is a screening call, if the candidate meets the screening requirements they are asked to fill out a 16-question personality quiz. And then proceed to a field test.
