I had to wait for quite a while, at least 15 minutes but probably more, then this girl who was less than half my age came and make me sit in the cafe amongst diners, it felt uncomfortable. I found her utterly unprofessional, even before she popped the question "what job did you apply for?" Pardonnnn??? You dont even know what you are going to interview me about...every second of the interview i felt I had 120% more experience and skills than this girl, I felt it was a moquery and I was overqualified for this job..I have worked for 4 star hotels and this is a budget hotel ..it took almost a month to get a reply and i hadnt been selected; meanwhile I got a much better paid job! Previously I had applied for another position, although I didnt have much experience in this case, nevertheless the man interviewing me was also utterly unprofessional, I wanted to show him all kind of certificates and diplomas and he was not interested at all.. I will never ever apply for this company again..I am only grateful to them for the simple reason that while they rejected me for a £7.49 per hour position, I managed to get enrolled for a £9.79 position..thank you Travelodge, I really actually was overqualified for your crumbling Company
