I was emailed about an opportunity to attend an interview with the company. I organised this all online and attended the interview. It went very well and I was able to get a great understanding for what the job entailed and what it was like to work for Travelodge.

It was fairly laid back. In fact, I wasn't scheduled an interview so much as asked to "pop in" during certain hours during the weekend. The manager seemed nice and it felt more relaxed than a lot of interviews I've done. While I didn't get the job I can't fault the interview process. In fact when I asked for feedback the manager was good enough to give me a suggestion of something to work on, which I really appreciate.
