Had an email to arrange a phone call interview, 20 minutes conversation with interview questions and gerneral chat. Then was asked to arrange a face to face interview at the hotel itself.

Interview
First stage is a standard face-to-face interview with management. Second stage, you are required to come in at around 4:30am to have a group tour of the hotel, we were asked a few questions as a group (most of which I thought wasn't relevant to the decision of being accepted, but it seems there is a possibility of influence) . Third stage is an offer.

Interview
Face to face interview with hotel manager and supervisor. They will access your sense about customer service for difficult customer and understanding about the fire safety.
If you are selected, they would like to know how you commute to hotel at night, it is advantage if you have driving license. Also, how flexible you can commit to work among 2, 3 or 4 night shift per week.
