Interview
The initial interview was phone screening with Travelzoo's internal recruiter. I then had a first interview with two mid-level managers. The second interview with the Managing Director and Head of Operations. Overall the process happened quite quickly but it was quite tricky.

Interview
The process was quite lengthy... from start to finish about 2 months, however, I enjoyed the process because I was able to meet/speak with many different employees, allowing me to get a well rounded glimpse of the entire group that I would be working with.

Overall they were interested in my past experiences and work history. I really believe that they were looking for someone who could jump right into the role with enthusiasm and make a difference. A self started who is motivated, positive and energetic.
