My interview process consisted of three distinct phases:
1. I began with a phone call, where the objective was to assess my skills and motivations, as well as to provide an overview of the company and the position. This interview served as a useful first contact to determine if my experiences matched the company’s expectations.
2. After the phone interview, I was invited to an in-person meeting at the company’s headquarters. During this interview, I had the opportunity to meet team members and delve into the company culture. We discussed my professional experiences and technical skills in detail, exploring how I could contribute to the team. In addition, we conducted roleplays to evaluate my practical skills in a real-world context.
3. Finally, due to the absence of a key figure during the in-person interview, a remote interview was organized. This meeting allowed all necessary members to participate in the selection process. During this interview, we also engaged in roleplays to further assess my suitability for the role, addressing specific questions and practical scenarios.
