The interview process was very straightforward. The first stage consisted on a call with the recruiter where questions were asked about my resume and interests. Next the hiring manager called to review my resume and try to gauge fit. After both phone screens were complete I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager and the Operations manager. Finally I met with the plant manager. Interview process was very streamlined. Most of the questions throughout all steps were mainly to gauge technical competence and fit. Overall it was a pleasant process.
