Interview
One of the finest interviews I've come across. Very professional way to conduct them. Initial round was written test. 70mins 60 Qs. difficulty level - medium. three sections each on DI, verbal and algorithms. After this face to face technical round where you'll be judged on the skills mentioned in resume. lasts for 45mins. in my case i was tested on sql and R.
followed by case study round. will be given a case along with laptop and 90mins for preparing deck. followed by another 60mins of case discussion. The next round is with senior leadership where they test on different scenarios.
Important Tip: Prepare the points mentioned in resume very well.

Clear Concepts and approach towards solving problems are important. Just be focussed and answer honestly. Practice more and answer to the point, not less noy more. Its easy to clear all rounds.
Its relatively easy for a non-tech person. You have to be quick on your thinking and give relevant examples from your experience. The work life balance is tough though. But all data science and Gen AI related companies with 1 around 1000 employees have a tough professional life
