I was asked to come at 2 pm and i was on time. After reaching there they took me to 3rd floor and told to sit on a working table where few of the people were already sitting. They gave me a question paper and some pages to write down the answer. Questions were copied from internet. I solved all the problems in 40 min (time given was 1 hour). After submitting the answers hr asked to wait for some time. Had to wait for nearly 2 hours then they called me for F2F. Interviewer was not very impressive. He asked me about one question which i had answered. After that he again asked an array question which i solved correctly. Then he started asking about status code of api in which i answered some correctly and some incorrect. Then he told he is done and he will give feedback to hr. I was shocked that why he has stopped interview because of wrong answer of status code. I dont think any automation engineer should be judged based on status code. It was negative exp for me. And worst part is i have still not received any feedback from them. At least i wanted to know why i was rejected. I think they dont have any reason and simply they are rejecting anyone.
