Echoing others' comments, they have next to zero respect for your time, and are content to lead you on and then ghost you.
Difficult to believe it is such a people-forward employer when this is how they treat potential employees.

First Interview is virtual with HR and then virtual with Manager. The third Interview is in person and goes well but they lead you on. Head person goes on a rant and a rush and acts like they really want you and then decides no. Went through a recruiter
