I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Treliant (Washington, DC) in Sept 2016
Interview
Typical small D.C. shop that thinks it's much more professional and current than it really is. Great first impression due to carefully coordinated modern lobby furniture and current newspapers. All down hill from there...the late 90s style conference phone in the dim interview room really gives it away. Recruiting staff way oversells the firm and suspicions that it's not a top tier shop are confirmed as soon as you start interacting with the hiring managers and other staffers they drag in against their wishes to participate. Lots of stereotypical easy interview questions straight out of some bogus mid-management self-help guide. Poor follow up as well. Do yourself a favor and skip these guys.

Question 1
They did more talking about themselves than asking questions.
