Interview
It was mostly an interview of getting to know me. I was approached by an external recruiter and Treviicos seemed eager to interview me. The interview itself was easy and they were willing to have me visit a job site to get a feel for what the work is like. They were honest about travel and what is expected of their employees.

Slow, does not respond timely, questions were generic google search questions, did not know anything about construction. Could not answer questions about salary, benefits, or location. promised fringes but had to barter with them against the salary
