“The interview process consisted of an initial virtual interview, followed by a skills assessment conducted via Zoom. The assessment included scenario-based questions, writing tasks such as case notes and reports, and basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook). After the assessment, I was contacted regarding next steps, including the possibility of an in-person interview.”

Interview
It took over two months to get from initial interview to interview with hiring manager. This was the longest that it took to go between HR and hiring managers, I started to give up on hope with this agency.

Interview
Interview process went very well. Interviewer asked comprehensive questions and was able to articulate duties clearly and effectively. Everything went well, we spent no more than 30 minutes in the interview.
