      Copywriter Interview

      30 Mar 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trialfacts

      Interview

Very long recruitment process - took over a month. 2 hiring assessments, 2 interviews, a background check, and a 1-2 week paid trial. 1st assessment - record a video about your personality test results, and a writing test. 2nd assessment - writing test 1st phone interview - short introductory interview 2nd phone interview - interview about your background and experiences If you pass all these steps and the background check, you'll then be invited to participate in a 1-2 week paid trial along with other chosen candidates. This trial period will give you a closer look at how they work and what you can expect. You'll be given tasks you'll normally do in the role, interact with current employees, and have meetings where your work will be evaluated. Overall, it's a very lengthy (and quite tiring) process but it does give you a good idea of what to expect if you do get the role.
