Responsive and collaborative. The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and always made sure to follow up. I had a prescreen with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. Follow up with another interview with the collaborators but I did not make it to the final round of the interview with the vp of the department.

The hiring manager for this position was dismissive and took one look at me and didn’t want to give me a chance. Could not have shown less interest in what I had to say. Very cringe interview and a poor way to treat someone. Glad I dodged a bullet as I would have been reporting directly to her.
