Need to provide visa details, passport photocopy, driver licence, online training module, safety instructions. Initial interview with shortlisting staff. second interview process goes one on one interview with an overview of the company, salary package and future plan five years from now.
Process was seamless, screening call, first interview, second interview, good communication, got down to the final 2 and missed out on the role. This is where it fell apart, no communication after the second interview, incredibly unprofessional considering the investment of time and resources to get prepped
