I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trilogy Health Services (Evansville, IN) in Oct 2011
Interview
Application and interview process took almost 2 weeks. They lost papers twice. Job Shadow with nurse turned into 4 hours of work as a CNA due to staffing. Not paid for work by the way. Supervisory staff cold and unfriendly, Stated I was not "Trilogy" material (I`ve been a Long Term Care nurse for 25 years.) Friends told me that they wouldn`t hire anyone that didn`t look good enough, or they never heard from them after interview process, phone calls never returned. Not impressed, and this is a new facility.

First interview with ADON very positive, very informative
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Trilogy Health Services (Bloomington, IN) in Mar 2017
Interview
Like everyone else has stated, i met with 3 different department heads to interview with separately. I'd envisioned a very structured process, considering the amount of people a person has to meet with... ON TOP OF the mandatory 2-4 hour job shadowing that is required before being offered a position. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 people i met with seemed to just "wing it" and 3 out of 3 spent the majority of the time telling me about the "trilogy culture" and the customer service approach. Each interview lasted approximately 30-45 mins and it was quite repetitive by the time i got to the last interview which was the the Executive Director. All 3 were extremely friendly, but it just seemed excessive to waste so much time on something that is easily understood. After 2 full hours of interviewing with everyone, i then Job Shadowed a nurse mentor, that was at the end of her shift and finishing up her charting. I basically watched her chart for the required time and it was really awkward and uncomfortable because the vibe of "i dont have time for this" was really strong. I did 2 full hours of that. Then went back to meet with the hiring H.R. person, and filled a few papers for background checks and drug testing. The drug test was done right then and there via mouth swab. It took approx 20 mins from start to finish. Once everything was done, they told me to keep checking my email and fill out paperwork that had to be filled out quickly in order for me to meet the next "on-boarding day" that wasn't until 3 1/2 weeks away! I asked if there was a way to get things done any quicker. The answer was no. But for some reason it's dire that i fill out several hours of new-hire paperwork on a weekend and have it turned in almost a whole month prior to the date i'm even able to start. Theres no way it could possibly take almost 3 1/2 weeks for the background check to come back, or for the new-hire paperwork to get to the correct people. I feel like i'm missing the real reason i'm supposed to complete these hours of online forms immediately or i may miss the "on-boarding day" OVER 3 WKS AWAY! All in all, it was the LONGEST interview i've ever been to. I was there a total of 5 hours, and offered no break to use the restroom or to grab a snack (considering i went in expecting to be a typical 30-45 min interview).

Question 1
Very few questions were asked. The mainly spoke about "the culture" at each of the 3 interviews.
They did ask why i thought i would be a good fit for Trilogy.
