I applied through other source. I interviewed at Trinity College (Connecticut) (Hartford, CT) in Sept 2023
Interview
First of all they hire from within, but only if they really like you. You have to be really chummy with the interviewers, because if not they will pass the job on to the next person within the organization. the interview process from what I experience was two parts, first Human Resources gives you the interview before you get to actually see the ones that are actually conducting the hiring. I would say that you have to charm them to let them know you're easy to get along with. I had three interviews because they passed me to the next person who'd applied and was working there already. I didn't feel comfortable with that, but then again, my third interview was this sweet elderly woman who happened to like my charm more than the others.
