I applied online, when they didn't recruit at my school. I was offered a phone interview. A few hours later I was offered the on-site interview. A few weeks later, they flew me to Boston, put me up in a hotel. There were 5+ interviews, mostly cases, some behavioral questions

Friendly at first, the final interviewer was extremely rude. Didn't seem to be at all interested in interviewing. Recruiter was very nice and responsive. Case interview was challenging but reasonable.

Ghosted me after FIVE interviews. Really poor use of candidate time and entirely unnecessary. People were nice and seemed really intelligent. But the recruiting process was very frustrating and not at all transparent.
