I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Millennium Group in July 2011

Phone interview followed by on site interview after few weeks, bad things is they don't pay for candidate to come for on site interview. Onsite interview was with a panel for more programming questions and then if all goes well meeting with higher ups may be CEO if he is available

Interview

Interview flowed more like a discussion as opposed to back and forth question and answer session. I interviewed with a couple of senior managers before meeting with the CEO. Interviewed lasted about an hour.
