Interview
Very quick. First round was with the Hiring manager and second was with District Manager. They asked what my previous experience was and pitched me the job. Both people who interviewed me were nice.

The second interviewer listed 7 things on the board like Money, Success, Ego, etc, and asked me to number them in importance.

Interview
Informal, brief and low-key. Office manager asked about any previous sales experience (non-needed), personality type, interest in self-improvement topics, and asked a few standard interview questions such as "tell me about a time you failed". Interviewer was simply looking for someone who can hold a conversation, is confident, ambitious and doesn't mind failure or rejection.
