TrinityBridge Sales Manager interview questions

It took a long time to arrange and for a date to be fixed, over 7 weeks. The reasons given for lengthy process were that the job description was not ready despite the fact they approached me and when it was decided that I would be interviewed the interviewer was on leave. I felt that as they approached me the communication and preparation could have been better. After the interview the communication with the HR team was disappointing, arranged calls were not made and not answered when I chased.
