Question 1
This was a terrible experience because each step of the process took weeks in-between. I passed everything and got validated from Trio, and I got, within three weeks, an email confirming that I will have an interview with the client and that I should share my availability. The client never went on with the meeting and it seems like there was conflict within the client and the company. I am not sure if this is what actually happen as I never got a response from Trio. They give you.... a 20$ gift card for some "meal" which I will never use. My time is way more valuable than that, and everything about them was incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone to apply to this company. Their process is not only lengthy, but also, you are not guaranteed anything even if you pass whatever they give you.

Interview
O processo seletivo consiste em quatro etapas:
1. Screening com a pessoa headhunter
2. Resolução de um case focado na sua área de atuação (frontend ou backend).
3. Entrevista com o Engineer Manager da Trio.
4. Entrevista com o cliente (com potencial para live-coding).
Geralmente são conversas curtas e tranquilas. Além do teste ser bem calibrado para o tempo disponível para entrega (geralmente 1 semana).

Interview
The interview consisted in three steps: 1. Screening 2. Take home app development task 3. Technical interview 4. Cultural fit interview My take home project was to connect 2 APIs. I didn't get to the next round but I received a very detailed feedback from the engineering team highlighting what I got right and where I could improve. This is the most valuable thing I could get from Trio's interview process. Overall a very positive experience! Would recommend 10/10.
