I had a phone call with the benefits manager and sr. benefits personnel. The interview lasted for about 27 minutes and I provided them with a lot of information, including my experience with PRISM HR, however it was not meant to be. They are still looking for someone who has 3-5 years experience, which 4 years experience is not sufficient enough, it appears. This position requires you to be in office 5 days a week, so steer clear if you are wanting a fully remote or hybrid position.
