The process lasted a month and included a phone screening and a call with the hiring manager and a HR representative. The screening went on normally, while the call was a whole different story: they showed up late, and the hiring manager constantly kept on interrupting me while I was talking. After that, they ghosted me for about 3 weeks, despite having provided a timeline of 1 week for final feedback.
