Interview
The interview was one on one with the Director. They are a great group creating programs that connect lower income groups with food and resources. They have a youth farm to city program that takes place in the summer. For those positions, which are likely to open up annually, they will look for individuals with urban youth experience and a farming or nutrition background as well. It is good to have an idea of what you will bring to the program.
