L'entreprise ne prend pas en compte les lettres de recommandation écrites, les considérant comme un mauvais signe. Il est requis de fournir plusieurs recommandations de candidats ou d'anciens patrons, qui sont généralement disponibles pour discuter.

On m'a demandé quel est ma relation avec ma culture vs la culture locale.
On m'a demandé de confirmer si si j'ai des traits négatifs associés aux stéréotypes qui sont associés à mes origines.
On m'a également demandé de me prononcer sur des opinions politiques.
C'est un emplois en design, je ne vois aucun liens avec ce métier et ce genre de questions.

I had applied, got a message 2 days later and went into the store. I was told to get there at 1 pm and had to wait over 1 hour as there were other candidates waiting. When I was called in, basic tell me about yourself was asked. I did not mention my work experience, planned to do it afterwards. I was not asked any questions about my previous experience in retail, I was straight asked what were my weaknesses and strengths. Who asks about weaknesses and strengths before even knowing what I did in my old retail positions. I felt like the manager had already found someone and was asking me very non sense questions. Do not invite a high number of applicants and not set up time slots correctly, make sure to treat everyone with the same chance as anybody else. I waited over an hour just to be dismissed and not get a chance to prove myself through my hard work and experience. Instead, was being repeatedly asked about negative experiences.

Beloeil location - Simple entry-level questions carried out by the on-site manager, encouraged bilingualism. Decent first job for a teenager looking to work in retail, however not many growth opportunities are available.
