First was phone interview vetting to see if I was fit for the job. Second was zoom with office manager. Heard back a week later saying that I was no longer being considered but encouraged to apply for other opening within the company. The 2nd interview was mostly about my background and what values I can bring to the company. Definitely a personality test due to position being an assistant to the manager.
