      Assistant Interview

      26 Oct 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Cincinnati, OH
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Trivantis (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2012

      Interview

The interview was arranged through a temp agency. It was brief, perfunctory, and a little awkward. However, I think the awkwardness primarily had to do with the timing. I interviewed with the manager of the department for which I was interviewing each time I was interviewed (both in person and over the phone) rather than an HR person, which was nice to see. The job I interviewed for was in data-entry, and was not highly skilled. I would imagine interviews for more skilled positions would be higher-pressure, and that the process would take longer.
