Troemner interview questions

Pretty smooth process. I will strongly consider this as a opportunity for me. I told them I would get back to them in time. I'm going to weigh out my options

The Interview Process went pretty well. After the interview Troemner HR did not get back to me. I go on the interview, take time from the work, spend money on travel, get subjected to stress. I go on follow up interview, more time, more money spent, I begin to hope. And then I hear back saying we wanted to check efficiency of existing employee. In the first place, If you are not ready to hire someone then why you guys are calling candidates for the interview ?Is it a joke?
