Generic interview process. It took a little while to receive feedback on next steps at times, but I didn't get the feeling that it was the HR reps fault and the managers seemed busy.

Phone interview, 2 face to face interviews, a personality assessment. Everything was pretty straight forward. They gave me a lot of good information about the company (I'm new to the area so didn't know much about Troxell prior to starting) and explained this role as well as the opportunities to grow.
