Interview
I arrived at the building and there were 3 others waiting that were interviewing for the same position! I interviewed with 3 people back to back. Each interview was half an hour long with basic questions as well as behavioral questions.

Question 1
When there is conflict in a group setting, how do you go about arriving at a solution?
Had an initial call and then didn't hear back for a couple of months. Then received an email saying I made it to the final round interview. I was told during that interview I would hear whether I got it or not during a specific time frame, and then I followed up after that time frame to ask if they made a decision and never heard back after that.

Interview
Applied online, couple weeks later went through a phone screening with basic questions asking about experience and skills that are necessary for the position. Then moved onto to virtual interview through WebEx. The virtual interview was actually easier than the phone screening, quite honestly, it was barely an interview. I think I was asked like 2 real interview questions and the rest was the manager talking about the position. I think less than a week later I got my offer. The whole interview procedure was a bit delayed at times since it was recruitment season for college students but nothing was super out of hand.
