I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TruStage (Madison, WI) in Oct 2017
Interview
I would say that the phone screen was pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions and things of that sort. Just be friendly and have some brief answers prepared. Overall, the screen was pretty quick.
long process but detailed. enjoyed getting to learn more about the company and what it offers. there was a bit of sexism during the final round from a peer. not a great vibe.
I applied through university. I interviewed at TruStage
Interview
Overall great interview experience and great internship. I had two short (I believe 30 min?) behavioral interviews on their Madison campus. Both interviewers were professional and kind. They genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me. The interview consisted of primarily basic behavioral interview questions. Be prepared to talk about past experiences and how they relate to this job. In my experience, if you are hired your project assignment may relate to interests you express in the interview or past experiences you enjoyed.
