They will ask you what experience you have, and pretty much hire ANYONE that says they were in assembly. They hired someone in assembly that couldn't even read a tape measure. They lie to you, and then don't follow through with anything except the 90 day benefits package. Don't expect anything from them, that is of benefits to YOU. These people are all about THEMSELVES.
