I was sought out by a direct talent recruiter from the company. Interview stage had a 3-step process. 1st - Video interview with a VP or Executive team member. 2nd - In person interview with the direct branch manager for that specific office or area of work. 3rd - Combined in person interview with the executive and branch manager. After all 3 steps had been completed, an official offer letter was sent via email, followed by a phone call.
