I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at True Food Kitchen (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
You have to come into the store to apply. True Food Kitchen is more of a brand over anything else. They want to know that the staff they hire are creative, interesting, well put together people that embody the companies mission. You come in fill out an application, and then ask to speak to management. They give you a brief 1st interview and normally if you succeed they ask you to come back for a follow up interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at True Food Kitchen (Merrifield, VA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Excellent introduction, the manager was on time and prepared with my resume. He greeted me and told me a little bit about TrueFood. We talked about my experience and my personal values. He was delighted to hear my values were similar to TFK’s values. We proceeded to hiring and everything went smoothly from there!
