Lots of tests on ARV knowledge. Involved process as they want the best candidates for the position as it is a salaried + commission and bonuses. They want candidates with extensive previous experience in this role.

Interview
First interview is virtual. It was around 45 minutes. They really want to know your experience and who you are on what felt like a corporate level. Next part is a critical thinking assessment online. It felt like taking a test in high school. Didn’t feel it was relevant to the job or the industry. In person interview was relaxed and more personal than the virtual interview. Company culture seems great and fast paced.
