HR Screen was horrible. They wanted me to list every python library I've ever used in some sort of test to see if I would mention the one in the job ad. Treated it like development was an admin job wanted to know my day to day responsibilities, no understanding of how a normal day works with agile methodologies. I ended the call early, when I submitted feedback for them on Otta the internal recruiter replied telling me that this was just the normal hiring process and that these screening questions have to be asked. Experience totally put me off the company, your mileage may vary.
