Phone interview sounded too good to be true. Not for the person with lots of experience. Don't overdress, khakis and a golf shirt will be more than enough. Bring your own water. Telecommuting is only once a week, with rules, after 6 - 8 months. Teams are virtual. Job is 70% project management.
