After than I passed to the async code evaluation that I didn't pass.
There were a lot of time spent in wait for question that I did on waiting some informations.

Starts with a HR call, Some explanation about how the interviews are going to be in coming days.
Step 1 tech assignment to be completed in 4 days
Now let's talk about what is good/ bad about the interview.
HR is good and polite.
Tech assignment - Takes a week to review and tries to find out minor issues rather than looking at the complete solution to reject a candidate.
Right way would be scheduled a call and discuss and judge anyones skill :)
