Trulymadly Matchmakers interview questions

The interview was conducted by CTO. This guy was keen on metric questions. The question framing by him was not very clear in one go. He kept changing the course of questions midway. In the feedback, he told me “you should focus on being objective in metrics”. How is that possible when the question asked is about what metrics to be defined (subjective) and no mention of impact was discussed.
